Part of my Personal Development Plan (PDP) requires me to create targets to help me improve, the improvements will help to increase the quality of my work making me a more successful learner. I have chosen these targets because they are relevant to the skills which I need to enhance and they will improve the assignments which I am working on. Some of the targets which I have chosen to complete are:
- Proof reading work-currently one of the main problems which I face is proof reading my work, when I have completed an assignment I don't proof read it to check for any errors. Therefore the work which I have completed could contain accidental errors (however this isnt the case because I havec checked the assignments which I have completed for any errors). I would like to complete this target to ensure that I don't leave any accidental errors in my work.
- Reading the brief-this is something which I am currently working on and I am starting to enhance. Reading the brief is something which I wasn't completely successful at completing, I read the assignment brief, but I don't enough attention to the little details which could affect the assignment (s) I am working on.
Personal Development Plan
This is PDP, I developed it to highlight my strengths and provide me with suitable improvements to help me improve my assignments. I have uploaded this personal development plan to show the various improvements which I would like to complete. By the end of this blog I should have completed all of the improvements which are detailed in the plan.
